After attending the United Nations International School in New York City for 13 years, Ari studied at the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship. He has founded and chaired three technology based companies. Menus-to-Go.com, an online directory of take-out and delivery menus in New York city, is the most recent following TEK, a total technology consulting group and Liontex, a website design firm. After creating Menus-to-Go.com, Ari was chosen as a national finalist in the Young IT Entrepreneur of the Year Award and placed second for the Global Student Entrepreneur Award in 2003. He has been featured in "A Son of Lower Manhattan See SoHo in Binghamton" (New York Times May 10, 2004) and "Who Wants to Be an Entrepreneur?" (Link Magazine, May 2000). In 2003 Ari began a real estate development project to turn a row of 8 abandoned warehouse buildings in Binghamton, NY into luxury loft and high end retail spaces. He is in the midst of creating a new SoHo in upstate New York called Depot. Ari's most recent endevor is in the green building arena. He is now proving sustainable design consulting through LEED Pro. |
